📋 Requirements
✅ M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school
✅ Completed Pediatric Residency
✅ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
✅ Active, unrestricted medical license (any U.S. state)
✅ Current BLS & Pediatric ACLS certification
✅ At least 12 months of recent pediatric experience (within past 36 months)

🩺 Key Responsibilities
✅ Diagnose and treat pediatric illnesses and injuries
✅ Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests
✅ Prescribe treatments, medications, and vaccinations
✅ Communicate with families and educate on care, hygiene, and prevention
✅ Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and support staff
✅ Maintain detailed and timely patient records
