Job description

1. Degree: MD/DO
2. Specialty: Pediatrics
3. Setting: Outpatient
4. Start Date: ASAP
5. Month 1 - one day a week. Then 3 days/weel. ongoing Monday-Wednesday Schedule.
6. Procedures: “Bread & Butter” Pediatrics; sick/well visits
7. Work Schedule: 830a-530p
8. BC/BE: Open to considering Board Eligible, prefer Board Certified
9. Patient Demographic: 0-18, possibly up to 21 if current patient (rarity)
10. Patient Volume: approximately 25-30 per day
11. Support Staff: Front Staff, MAs
12. EMR: EMDS
13. Travel/Lodging: None
