"Step into a thriving outpatient Pediatrics practice based at an award winning independent hospital! Located in Southern Illinois, just outside of Evansville IN, with easy proximity to St. Louis, Louisville, & Indy. • Current Pediatrics providers are excited to welcome a new physician to the team; happy to provide mentorship if desired• Recruitment is due to a recent retirement & extensive patient demand/practice growth• Many young families relocating to the area – practice is currently fielding 10+ new patient inquiries daily• Highly tenured team of APPs & nurses support the practice; smooth & efficient workflow• Epic EMRExtremely competitive earning potential (but without the uncertainty that comes with relying on production for 100% of your compensation!)• Generous ongoing base salary (higher than what 90% of practices across the country offer) plus additional lucrative wRVU bonuses, as well as a quality bonus.
