Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Pediatric Hospitalist Locum to work coverage in Vicksburg, Mississippi. Starting as soon as credentialed, the role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate and benefits.


The role of Pediatric Hospitalist:
· Start: 7/21/2025 (7a) – 7/29/25 (7a). Ongoing to alternate every other week coverage.
· Facility/Capacity: 361 bed hospital. Level IV trauma facility. No PICU.
· RT is staffed 24-hr a day that does respond with RRT.
· Coverage: Call for pediatrics, Level II NICU/Nursery, moderate to high-risk deliveries (32 weeks and up) and all c-sections, and emergency room consultations.

Requirements of the Pediatric Hospitalist role:
Active MS License and DEA, unrestricted.
Board Certified – Hospitalist, Pediatrics. BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PEDS Certified. Trauma Fellowship – preferred.
Agrees with Travel/Housing parameters.
