Job description

Location: A city in North Dakota located in the southwestern part of the state. This is one of the key cities in the region, known for its strong connection to agriculture, energy, and outdoor recreation. About 100 miles to Bismarck! Facility: A hospital providing a range of medical services, including emergency care, surgery, radiology, and specialty care. Opportunity: Looking for pediatrician to cover 7 days of call per month from February 2025 through October 2025. Schedule/Availability Requirements:7 days per month, 24 hour call. Setting: Critical Access Hospital, Labor and Deliver/Pediatrics Unit/Level II nursery Duties: Attend vaginal deliveries if requested, Attend all scheduled and emergent C-Sections, admit/discharge newborns, admit/care for pediatric patients, circumcisions, Days per month:7 days per month Required Procedures: Circumcisions, newborn resuscitation/ intubations/UVC lumbar punctures EMR:Meditech Support Staff: Nursing team. Level II nursery nurses, anesthesia, obgyns, Respiratory Therapists, local pediatricians to consult with, NICU located within 90 miles with consulting physicians. Compensation: Competitive weekly pay and malpractice included.
