-Pediatrician

-Outpatient Clinic

-Monday-Thursday Sept 22nd-25th

-4 to 5 hours a day, starting at 9am

-Board Certified, open to Board Eligible

-Age range 0-22

-Patients per day 15-20

-Support staff: Office and front desk

-Vaccinations, physicals, shots

-Certifications BLS, PALS

-EMR: ECW

Against T&L unless rate is at the bottom of the rate range
