Contract Details
Location: Tacoma, WA
Setting: Out-Patient Clinic
Start Date: ASAP
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm, 40hrs/week.
Contract Length: 3 months, possibility to extend
Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks
General Requirements: Board eligible or Board certified, WA License, Active DEA, Experience using EPIC, BLS and ACLS, Covid and Flu Vaccinated
Skills Required: Expected to hit ground running.
Patient Volume: Will be scheduled to see up to 21 patients. Each Provider has a dedicated medical assistant.
Patient Population/Age: Newborns-Age 18
EMR: EPIC
