💼 Position Overview
As a Residential Youth Counselor, you’ll mentor and support adolescents in a therapeutic residential setting. You’ll play a key role in helping them develop life skills, emotional resilience, and a sense of belonging.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor youth through daily routines and structured activities.
- Implement therapeutic programming and model positive behavior.
- Support residents with life skills, hygiene, recreation, and emotional regulation.
- Respond to crises with compassion and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings.
- Foster a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.

🎓 Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or 60 college credits in human services **OR**
2 years of experience working with children **OR**
7 years of parenting experience.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
- Must be 21+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Background check required.
