Milieu Clinician -Residential Program needed in Campton, NH
Job description
As a Milieu Clinician (MC), you will provide culturally sensitive, trauma-informed therapeutic services to youth in residential care. Unlike traditional office-based therapy, MCs engage students in the milieu—during daily routines, clubs, and activities—building strong, lasting connections that support healing and growth.
You’ll play a central role in each student’s treatment journey, developing comprehensive assessments and treatment plans, facilitating restorative justice practices, and collaborating with families, faculty, and referral sources. MCs also train residential staff in effective treatment modalities and model socially appropriate behaviors to support student development.
This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians seeking hands-on experience in residential treatment, family therapy, and trauma-informed care while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
