-Experienced with HIPAA-compliant documentation and adaptable to new telehealth technologies.

-Interest in antidepressant deprescribing, slow tapering, and long-term patient empowerment.

-Able to provide thoughtful, trauma-informed support during emotional intensity and withdrawal symptoms.
-Strong communicator, verbally and in writing.

-Passion for integrative, functional, or holistic care models.
Minimum Requirements:
-Reliable access to stable internet and a computer with video camera and microphone capabilities.
-Must have an active clinical license with prescriptive authority in NY or CA (additional states a plus).
-Interest in flexible & remote telehealth work (10–20 hours per week).
Bonus Points For:
-Previous experience with drug tapering support.
-Familiarity with the hyperbolic tapering approach.
-Experience writing prescriptions for compounding pharmacies.
-Experience with alternative interventions (movement, art, nutrition, sleep hygiene, peer support, etc.).
Responsibilities:
-Conduct patient intake and reoccurring assessments, providing behavioral therapy through our telehealth platform, while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
-Communicate asynchronously with patients between visits as appropriate.
-Maintain accurate medical documentation and records, utilizing medical terminology effectively.
-Maintain clear communication with the internal and clinical team.
-Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop, refine, and personalize tapering treatment plans.
-Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
