Job description

• Assignment Length: 3-month assignment with the possibility to extend.
• Schedule Details: 2 days a week, 8am-5pm, ONLY
• Mondays (medical only) and Tuesdays (inpatient treatment)
• Only mileage reimbursement is offered

Work Details:
• Support staff: Dedicated medical assistant for each provider, receptionist, mental health therapists,
• Procedures: assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of mental health disorders, including substance use disorders, across the lifespan.

Requirements:
• License: Active WA license required
• Minimum experience Required: Advanced Practitioners must have a minimum of two years’ experience.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks
• Must be covid and flu vaccinated

• 2 days a week, 8am-5pm, ONLY
• 1 day medical only; 1 day inpatient treatment
• Up to 16 patients daily
