✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Prepare and position patients for X-ray and EKG procedures with attention to safety and comfort
✔️ Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot radiologic and EKG equipment
✔️ Ensure high-quality imaging and re-perform scans if necessary for clarity
✔️ Maintain patient records, X-ray library, and manage department inventory
✔️ Perform and interpret EKGs, and communicate findings to physicians
✔️ Track and report diagnostic performance metrics to support continuous improvement
✔️ Mentor new staff and supervise workflow as needed

✅ Qualifications
✔️ Education: Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field
✔️ Licensure: Valid ARRT certification & Indiana state license required; EKG certification (CCI or NHA) preferred
✔️ Experience:
  ✔️ Minimum 2 years in radiography and EKG procedures
  ✔️ Hospital experience strongly preferred
✔️ Technical Skills: Imaging systems, EKG interpretation, equipment maintenance
✔️ Soft Skills: Clear communication, attention to detail, teamwork, and adaptability
