Facility in Flagstaff, AZ seeking Radiology locums coverage Rates: $450/hr Start Date: June 2, 2025 Contract Length: 13 weeks, with option to extend Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) Shift Type: Day shift, no call Opportunity Overview: Facility is seeking a board-certified Mammography Radiologist for a full-time locum opportunity at its Flagstaff outpatient center. This is a 100% breast-focused position with a stable Monday–Friday schedule and no call requirements. Immediate start available with credentialing expedited via temporary privileges. Key Responsibilities: Interpret screening and diagnostic mammograms Read MRIs and perform MRI biopsies Conduct breast ultrasound and associated biopsies Perform ABUS and screening whole breast ultrasound Conduct approximately 7 procedures and 4–5 biopsies daily Average daily patient volume: 18 Requirements: Board Certification: Radiology – Mammography (Required) Licensure: Active Arizona license required (IMLC accepted, AZ license strongly preferred) Experience Required: Proficient in ABUS, MRI biopsy, breast ultrasound biopsy, mammography (diagnostic and screening), MRI reading, and whole breast ultrasound EMR: Cerner PACS: Philips Mammography Platform: Hologic Credentialing: Full credentialing in 30–45 days Temporary privileges available for expedited onboarding This position offers an excellent work-life balance in a scenic mountain location, with a manageable daily workload and the support of an experienced outpatient team.
