Job Description:
• Board Certified/ Board Eligible in Diagnostic Emergency Radiology.
• Locum Tenens work and call schedule: 7 days on 14 days off. We do expect a week of work at a time. It starts on Monday nights, ends on Sunday night (into Monday AM). We will have two shifts open: 6p-2a and 10p-6a. We will likely need a group of rads to cover our open shifts.
• Reason for the Locum Need: Departure of radiologist
• Procedures Required (types of procedures to be performed by locum tenens provider): Remote only – Emergency Medicine
• The following modalities will be required: X-ray, CT, MRI, and UltraSound
• Processing time for privilege application: Once the application is received, 90 days for full privileges and Payer Enrollment completion. Once the file is 100% complete, must go to committee meetings.
• Provider must agree to the following requirements: Provide locum firm with vaccination records, negative drug screening, and complete physical within 90 days of start date (per Health Attestation Form).
• Also, provide a professional headshot and complete online training modules (Carle-LMS), which takes approximately 2 hours (locum must complete within two weeks of orientation).
• LICENSE RESTRICTION: ALREADY ACTIVE Illinois license is preferred, but candidates who have the IMLC LOQ in hand will also be considered.
• TRAVEL: If candidates are within driving distance, round trip mileage and lodging will be the travel parameters approved, regardless of the means the locum chooses to travel. If candidate is out of driving distance range and needs flights, then please indicate that on the Stratum form.

• Active IL License – Preferred, IMLC LOQ candidates will also be accepted

• Two references per Stratum process – Required
• Clean and easy-to-credential candidates – Highly Preferred
