M-F 9-6- PA-ASAP start date- Saturdays are 8-12

DOT a must

SATURDAYS ONLY- they will need the provider on Saturdays 8-12, and then when people go on vaca or call in sick they will ask this provider if they can cover

So potentially more dates, but for now just the Saturday coverage

Basic OCC med/UC job

20-25 patients- M-F or 10-15 Saturday- varies heavily

Support staff- yes

EMR- yes- Athena

Quick credentialing, Instant, billed under Metro UC.

Patient Pop: Bread and Butter UC w/ DOT. All ages
