Urgent Care Locum Coverage Needed in Bloomington, IL for PA's

REQUIREMENTS: Certified NP or PA-C.



LICENSE RESTRICTION: We are only considering candidates that are ALREADY ACTIVELY licensed in Illinois and with an active Illinois Controlled Substance license. Please DO NOT send candidates that do not meet these licensing requirements; they will be rejected immediately.



SCHEDULE: Starting ASAP through March 2025, pending credentialing and payer enrollment. Four 10-hour shifts/week (7:00 am - 5:00 pm or 10:00 am - 8:00 pm)



TRAVEL: If candidates are within driving distance, round trip mileage and lodging will be the travel parameters approved, regardless of the means the locum chooses to travel. If candidate is out of driving distance range and needs flights, then please indicate that.
