Urgent Care Physician needed in Grand Canyon, AZ!

Specialty: MD - Urgent Care
Start Date: 9/15/2024
Contract Length: 3 months minimum
Shift Details: 7a-7p
Schedule: 10 and 12 hour shifts depending on location - will work at Williams when needed. 36-40 hours
Work Details:
· Patients per day: 18-20ppd
· Patient Population/Age: all ages, mainly adult
· Department Description: urgent care
· EMR: Athena Practice
Practice Setting:
• Clinic/Private Practice- somewhat rural area
Requirements:
· Board Certification: yes, required
· License Required: AZ license
· DEA: yes
· Certifications Required: BLS
· Minimum Experience Required: 3 years urgent care experience in outpatient setting
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-45 days

• 13 weeks with option to extend
• No weekends or call
