Job Posting: Urgent Care Physician (MD)
Specialty: Urgent Care Physician (MD)

Start Date: 9/15/2024 or as soon as credentialed

Contract Length: 3 months with a high chance of an extension!

Shift Details:
Hours: 7 AM - 7 PM
Schedule: 10 and 12-hour shifts depending on location
Weekly Hours: 36-40 hours

Work Details:
Patients Per Day: 18-20 patients per day
Patient Population/Age: All ages, primarily adults
Department Description: Urgent Care
EMR: Athena Practice
Practice Setting:
Type: Clinic/Private Practice in a somewhat rural area

Requirements:
Board Certification: Yes, required
License Required: Arizona (AZ) license
DEA: Yes
Certifications Required: Basic Life Support (BLS)
Minimum Experience: 3 years of urgent care experience in an outpatient setting
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-45 days
