Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months, possibility to extend
Shift Details: 9a-8p, 40hrs/week.
Support Staff: Dedicated medical assistant for each provider, receptionist, mental health therapists, dietitians, most clinics have an onsite pediatrician
Patients per day: Will be scheduled to see up to 18 patients. May be less depending on cancellations
Patient Population/Age: Newborns-Geriatrics. Provider should be comfortable working with all ages.
