Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Doctor Intern to join our clinical team. This internship is designed to provide hands-on clinical experience under the supervision of licensed physicians. The ideal candidate will assist in diagnosing and treating patients, performing medical procedures, and participating in rounds, with a strong commitment to learning and professional development.


Key Responsibilities:

Assist in taking patient histories and performing physical examinations

Participate in diagnosing medical conditions and developing treatment plans under supervision

Support in performing and interpreting diagnostic tests and lab work

Document patient information accurately in Electronic Health Records (EHR)

Attend clinical rounds, case discussions, and departmental meetings

Observe and assist in minor medical procedures and surgeries

Provide patient education and counseling under physician guidance

Collaborate with nursing, allied health, and administrative staff for coordinated care

Uphold hospital policies, patient confidentiality, and ethical standards


Qualifications:

MD or equivalent degree from a recognized medical school

Provisional medical license or internship eligibility as per [Insert Country/State] regulations
