Urgent Care Physician needed in GA!

Job description

-Clinics located on the east side of GA
-Specialty: Urgent Care MD
-Start Date: ASAP-ongoing
-Contract Length: 3 months with the option to extend
-Shift Details: 8a-8p or 7a-7p depending on the clinic
-Schedule:
o Full time – must be willing to float to other clinics in the area
o Typically 3x12’s per week would be ideal
o Overtime rate: 1.5x per hour - over 40 hours per week
-Work Details
o Patients per day: on average 30-40 - ALL AGES
o EMR: EPIC
o Procedure Experience: Must be able to suture, splint, x-rays, EKG’s, nail removals, etc.
-Client doesn’t require a specific amount of experience, however, they must be self sufficient and provide appropriate evidence based care while also focusing on patient satisfaction.
-Practice Setting:
o Clinic/Private Practice – most clinics are single provider clinics with a few that are double provider clinics.
-Requirements:
-Board Certification: Yes in FP or EM if Boarded in IM they must have Med-Ped cert as well and see all ages
-License Required: GA state license
-DEA? Yes
-CSR? Yes
-Certifications Required- BLS, ACLS, PALS, DOT certification helpful but not required
-Credentialing Timeframe: 3 weeks
