Location: Salem, OR
Start date: October 2024
Scope: Urgent Care (Suturing, Flu, Cold, Splinting, physicals, toenail removal)
Clinic Hours: 7am-7pm, 12 days a months
Credentialing: 2 weeks
Volume: 3-4/hour
Ages: 2 and up
Travel and lodging: Covered
