Urgent Care NP or PA Needed in OR!

Job Posting: Urgent Care Physician
Start Date: As soon as credentialed

Contract Length: 3-6 months

Shift Details:
Schedule: 8 AM - 8 PM
12-hour shifts, Monday - Sunday

Work Details:
Patient Load: 30 patients per day
Responsibilities:
Provide care on an outpatient basis, including pre-operative care for minor surgery normally performed on an outpatient basis
Responsible for the delivery of care, treatment, and referrals. Arrange for referral resources for specialties not provided by the clinic
Evaluate patients to determine their medical condition through physical examinations, establishing a diagnosis and proposed treatment plan
Perform clinical procedures within the practitioner's scope and skills that are economically feasible and beneficial to the patient
Communicate information to patients regarding diagnosis and treatment goals
Maintain accurate, complete, concise, and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Medical Director
Practice Setting: Outpatient

Requirements:
Board Certification: Required
License: Active Oregon (OR) license and DEA required
Experience: Urgent Care experience preferred
