Start Date: July 1
Contract Length: July 26
Schedule:12 hours shifts except for Sunday which is 1p-8p. Below are the dates of coverage that we need
12 hours shifts in July ( 1, 2, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13,14,15,16,21,23,24,25,26)

Work Details:
· EMR: Athena
· Skills required: Will be required to do sutures, x-ray and send out, minor trauma
Practice Setting:
• Urgent Care

Requirements:
· Board Certification: FM, IM, or EM Required
· License required: SC license required
· Minimum experience required: BLS, ACLS

• Scheduled + No Call
• July Start
• July shifts needed
