Schedule: This locums assignment will consist or Urologic ER call only. The ongoing need will be based on the call schedule of the remaining medical staff members each month, who are required to cover days in our ER based on the hospital's bylaws. This weekend coverage will be from Fridays through Monday mornings. Dates will be entered into this assignment's description, as the dates become known. The dates are as follows:

Work Details:
· Patients per shift: 4-8
· Providers Requested: 1
· EMR: Cerner
· Bed in department: 32
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: No
· License required: Active AL License or IMLC
Credentialing Timeframe: Emergency available

• Ongoing for 3 months
• 24 Hour On Call Coverage needed
