o Nov 22(8am)-Dec 1(8am)
o Dec 22(8am)-29(7am)

• Shift Details: 3 days of clinic, 1 day in OR, 1 day of procedures in clinic
• Call ratio: Every Day
• Support Staff: 1 PA, no other MD’s, Mas assigned
• Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: about 1 week per month
• Patients per day: 20 patients per day in clinic
• Procedures per day: 10-15 per week
• Surgeries in OR: 3 or 4 per day
• EMR: Cerner
• Hospital Bed size: 99
• Robotics: No
• Special Procedures: in clinic vasectomy, infant circumcision outpatient (not required), Disposable flexible stethoscopes
• Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency, Active AZ license or IMLC, DEA, 1 year experience
• Travel, lodging and malpractice covered
