Urology Locum Opportunity in Arizona | Clinic, OR, and Procedures

Job description

Shift Details:
• 3 days of clinic
• 1 day in OR
• 1 day of procedures in clinic
• Call ratio: Every Day

Work Details:
• Support Staff: 1 PA, no other MD’s, Mas assigned
• Patients per day: 20 patients per day in clinic
• Procedures per day: 10-15 per week
• Surgeries in OR: 3 or 4 per day
• EMR: Cerner
• Hospital Bed size: 99
• Robotics: No
• Special Procedures: in clinic vasectomy, infant circumcision outpatient (not required)
• Disposable flexible stethoscopes
• Doctor will phone interview
Practice Setting:
• Hospital
Requirements:
• Board Certification: BC or BE
• License Required: AZ License, will cover new license
• DEA: Yes
• CSR: No
• Minimum Experience Required: 1 year
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days

• Balanced Weekly Schedule: 3 clinic days, 1 OR day, and 1 procedure day — offering variety and consistent caseload
• Supportive, Streamlined Setup: Work alongside a dedicated PA and medical assistants; manageable patient volume
• Streamlined Onboarding: 30-day credentialing with licensing assistance for AZ
