Schedule: We will need coverage in the clinic and help with call coverage. Looking for one provider to help cover here
as it will only be a week or two a month.
-M-Thurs (8-5 days/times may vary)
- Friday (730-1700 days/times may vary)
Call will be 7-10 days per month including weekend, dates will vary. If they are on taking call on a week they are in clinic, the shifts will be set up as regular hours during the day. (M-F) and then night call each weekday night. Then 24hr call on the weekends.

· Skills required: general, adult, Advanced endoscopic techniques, Laparoscopic surgeries, Percutaneious nephrolithotomy, Ureteroscopy, Radical Cystectomy w/ileo-loop conduit, Radical prostatectomy, Nephrectomy, Prostatectomy, Renal and bladded u/s, TRUS biopsies
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient/Outpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active CA License
· Certifications required: ACLS, FLURO – please attach with bid
Credentialing Timeframe: 45 Days
