Urologist needed in Valencia, CA! Call coverage! Travel and Lodging included!

Job description

Coverage Type: Call Coverage (no clinic), Rounding on referred patients + holding pager with 30 min response time
Schedule: Likely to be mostly weekend coverage, potential flexibility with their other provider who covers call but primarily works at USC. Please submit specific cadence of availability so we’re able to show options.
Work Details:
• Call + rounding on referred patients and surgery if needed.
• Patients per shift: 3-5
• Department description: Trauma Level 2 Facility
• EMR: Meditech
• Skills required: See below for core privs list from client. General Urology with periodical trauma coverage, they have a Trauma Surgeon in-house at all times but want candidates to be able to handle trauma/emergency surgery in worst case scenario that it’s needed.
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient
Requirements:
• Board Certification: Yes
• License required: Active CA License

• 13 weeks with option to extend
• 24 hour on call
• General Urology with periodical trauma coverage, they have a Trauma Surgeon in-house at all times but want candidates to be able to handle trauma/emergency surgery in worst case scenario that it’s needed.
