Location: Northern California

Start Date: July 7, 2025

Duration: Ongoing

Pay Rate: $325/hr

Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 45 days

EMR: Epic

Trauma Level: Level III

Practice Setting: Inpatient and outpatient

Support Staff: Yes

Patients per Shift: 16+ (adult population)

Department Beds: 6

Schedule:

1–2 weeks per month

Clinic hours:

Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (times may vary)

Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (times may vary)

Call coverage:

7–10 days per month, including weekends

Weekday call is overnight

Weekend call is 24-hour

If covering both clinic and call in the same week, provider works regular clinic hours with night call

Procedures/Skills Required:

General Urology

Advanced endoscopic techniques

Laparoscopic surgeries

Percutaneous nephrolithotomy

Ureteroscopy

Radical cystectomy with ileo-loop conduit

Radical prostatectomy

Nephrectomy

Renal and bladder ultrasound

TRUS biopsies

Requirements:

Board Certification in Urology

Active California Medical License

ACLS and Fluoro certification (must be submitted with application)
