• Support staff: solo
• # of patients per day: 0-1 calls from the ER per day and 1 to 2 inpatient per day
• Hospital bed size: 310 with a Level II ER
· Special procedures: General Cases: prostate biopsy, Nephrectomy, pyeloplasty, cystoscopy, etc. Can discuss in detail during interview, if needed
Licensing: Will consider those that are IMLC eligible only
• Name clear process: yes with NPI
• Credentialing timeline: 120 days
• Travel: yes
