• Schedule: Flexible
o Clinic: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
o Tuesday - Surgeries all day.
o Call is seven days out of the month or Two weeks on two weeks off.
• Support staff: Yes
• Patient population/age: adult
• EMR: Epic
• Skills required: general, adult, Ureteroscopy, Renal and bladder u/s, TRUS biopsies, Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy
• Required: Board Certified, Active OR license or IMLC **Will License, DEA
• Travel, Lodging and Malpractice covered
