Pertinent Facility Information: BHMA Urology Kingsport
• Reason for Coverage: Physician retiring
• Coverage Dates: 22 days per month ongoing
• Shift Schedule: Monday through Thursday 8am to 4:30pm. Call if needed 24 hours. Supervise 3 NPs.
• Call Schedule/Responsibilities: on call 24 hours. Assigned and unassigned patients.
• Type of Patients/Cases: Bladder cancer, Erectile dysfunction, Incontinence, Kidney stones, Overactive bladder, Testicular cancer, Urologic infections, and stones. Cystoscopy, prostate procedures, ureteroscopy, lithotripsy
• Patients per Day/Volume: 20 patients in clinic
• Life Certifications/Qualifications required (to include specific board): Urology
• Truly Board Eligible or Board Certified: yes
• EMR: Epic
• Support Staff: Three NPs, clinic registration and nurse

• Ongoing coverage with options to extend
• Monday through Thursday 8am to 4:30pm. Call if needed 24 hours.
