Urologist needed in Washington

Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours plus call
Schedule: 2 weeks a month back-to-back.
- 1st week is clinic Monday – Friday 8a-5p with no call
- 2nd week is 24-hour call Monday 7a – Monday 7a
Work Details:
• Support staff: Yes
• Patient population/age: adult
• Providers Requested: 1
• EMR: Epic
• Skills required: general, adult, Laparoscopic surgeries, Percutaneious nephrolithotomy, Ureteroscopy, Radical prostatectomy, Nephrectomy, Prostatectomy, Renal and bladded u/s, TRUS biopsies, Incontinence procedures, ESWL, Renal transplant surgery
Practice Setting:
• Outpatient
Requirements:
• Board Certification: Yes, BC or BE in first 5 years
• License required: Active WA License or IMLC
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 Days

• Ongoing for 3 months or longer
• 2 weeks a month
• Will license if apart of the IMLC currently
