Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Urology/Physician to work locum shifts in Silverdale, Washington (WA). The anticipated start is ASAP, work with a competitive market rate and benefits.


The Urology Role: CLOSES 4/25
• Clinic -and- Call ** Meaning provider ‘may’ take call during clinic hours.
• Call Volume (consults vs callback): 20% consults, 80% callback
• The clinic Manager will provide clinic tour/orientation before the start date (Start: October 13, 2025).
• Cases: general cases, clinic, rounding, and OR
• Candidates should be collegial team players with good patient bedside manner and customer service skills
• Equipment: Robot is available at hospital for cases, if needed.
• Sole provider – for fast paced/busy department. High energy role.

Required:
• WA state license; active, unrestricted. IMLC LOQ (must be in-hand).
• Board certified - Urology
• WA State DEA
• BLS.
• Credentialing completion deadline:
• Three weeks prior to the provider’s start date. (Approx: Friday, September 19, 2025)

Schedule: Assignment for 3 to 6 months.
Critical Dates Needed – possible to become ongoing.
• 10/13-17
• 10/20-25
• 10/27-31
• 11/3-7
• 11/17-21
• 11/24-28
• Clinic: 8a-4p
• Call:24 hours 7a-7a, 1 in 6
• Night call: 5p-7a
