Coverage Type: Call Only
Schedule: Looking to add 1-2 more locum providers to our current pool to help primarily with call coverage. We are needing a *minimum* of 5-7 days of 24 hour call coverage per month, we would welcome more coverage if available. Please indicate in the presentation provider is interested in call only or clinic and call, so we can determine our coverage options.

· Patients per shift: 15
· Patient population/age: adult
· Providers Requested: 2
· EMR: Epic
· Skills required: general, adult, urology Surgical skills highly preferred
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient/Outpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Any Active State License
· Certifications required: BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days

• At least 5 shifts/month
• Options for clinic + call and ONLY 24hr call
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
