Urologist needed in West Virginia

Job description

Specialty: Urology
Start Date: 4/1 or sooner
Contract Length: 3-6 months
Shift Details: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm with possibly call rotation
Schedule: 1-2 weeks per month ongoing for at least 3 months, likely 6

Work Details:
• Support staff:
• Amount of coverage needed per month: Mon-Fri for 1-2 weeks per month
• Patients per day: approx. 20 ppd for outpatient
• Patient population/age:
• Department description: Urology department
• EMR: Cerner
• Hospital bed size: 189
• Special procedures: Surgical requirement – preferably yes but can consider outpatient only
• Skills required: prefer someone that can do inpatient and outpatient (will consider only outpatient though)

Practice Setting:
• Hospital

Requirements:
• Board Certification: required
• State license required: preferred
• DEA: required
• CSR:
• Certifications preferred: BLS, ACLS
• Certifications required: clean background

Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 days
Willing To License?: YES

• Contract Length: 3-6 months
• Scheduled hours + On Call required
• Skills required: prefer someone that can do inpatient and outpatient (will consider only outpatient though)
